Before arriving at Boston College, Foster spent two and a half years with WC Eagles in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, one of the country's top club programs. He was on the coaching staffs for five teams that won USA National Club Championships: the Under-14 and Under-16 teams in 2015 and 2016, and the Under-19 team in 2015. He also worked for two seasons with USA Field Hockey's National Indoor Team. Across those assignments, his responsibilities included designing season-long fitness plans and providing video analysis for teams and individual players.
