Mark Bieda is an assistant coach for the University of Delaware men's lacrosse program in Newark, Delaware, a role he resumed in June 2025 after previously serving on the Blue Hens' staff in 2024. Across his time at Delaware, he has been part of a staff that has produced 15 all-conference selections and six All-Americans.
Before returning to Delaware, Bieda spent the 2025 season as offensive coordinator at Marquette, where the Golden Eagles' man-up unit ranked second nationally with a .556 conversion rate. In his earlier stint at Delaware in 2024, the Blue Hens posted the nation's fourth-best man-up offense at .528 and finished with the second-lowest turnover rate in Division I. He also worked with the defensive unit and goalie Kevin Ellington, who ranked among the national leaders in save percentage and saves per game, while Delaware finished 9-5 overall, went 6-1 in CAA play, and reached the conference championship game.
