Marissa Kirkwood has served as assistant coach for the University of Maryland women's golf program in College Park, Maryland, since August 2024. She joined Maryland after three years of professional competition on the Epson Tour from 2022 to 2024.
Before turning professional, Kirkwood was a standout golfer at Kent State from 2016 to 2021. During her college career, she was part of four Mid-American Conference championship teams, earned All-MAC Second Team recognition, and helped Kent State reach four NCAA Regionals and four NCAA Championship appearances.
