Marc Anderson serves as the associate head coach, offensive coordinator, and quarterbacks coach for the Eastern Washington University football program. Promoted to offensive coordinator in January 2025, Anderson is entering his fourth season as associate head coach and his 11th overall with the Eagles. A two-time graduate of Eastern Washington, he began his career with the program as a student assistant and has steadily risen through the ranks, demonstrating a strong understanding of the program’s culture and operations. His responsibilities extend beyond on-field coaching, as he has played a key role in recruiting, administrative coordination, and overall program management.
Throughout his tenure, Anderson has contributed to offensive development and positional success, including overseeing tight ends who have produced consistently in the passing game. His work has also included coordinating recruiting efforts, helping secure highly ranked classes within the Big Sky Conference and FCS. Prior to his current role, he served in several operational positions, including video coordinator and director of football operations, before being elevated to recruiting coordinator and later associate head coach. Anderson’s long-standing connection to Eastern Washington, combined with his multifaceted experience in both coaching and administration, makes him a central figure in the continued growth and stability of the Eagles football program.
