Manny Rojas is the assistant head coach for defense, defensive coordinator, and safeties coach for the University of Delaware football program in Newark, Delaware. He returned to Delaware in spring 2020 as defensive coordinator and, before the 2026 season, added the titles of assistant head coach for defense and safeties coach.
Rojas was on the staff for Delaware's 2025 move to the FBS, a season that ended with a 68 Ventures Bowl victory in the program's first year at that level. Since rejoining the Blue Hens, he has coached defenses that produced 35 all-conference selections and 23 All-Americans. Players connected to his units have also reached NFL opportunities, including Troy Reeder, who signed with the Los Angeles Rams in 2019, Kedrick Whitehead, who signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2023, and Jackson Taylor, who earned a Kansas City Chiefs rookie minicamp invitation in 2024.
