Malcolm Sidebottom
Assistant Coach
Malcolm Sidebottom serves as an assistant coach for the Drew University men’s basketball program, contributing to the continued development of the Rangers within the competitive Landmark Conference. In his role, Sidebottom supports all aspects of the program, including player development, recruiting, scouting, and game preparation. Working alongside the coaching staff, he plays an integral part in fostering a culture centered on accountability, academic success, and competitive excellence.
Sidebottom brings a strong understanding of the collegiate game and a commitment to mentorship, helping student-athletes grow both on and off the court. His coaching approach emphasizes skill development, defensive intensity, and team-first principles that align with Drew’s basketball tradition. As a member of the Rangers’ coaching staff, he contributes to strategic planning and daily operations while supporting the program’s mission to compete at a high level within NCAA Division III and the Landmark Conference.
