Maggie Barden is the Director of Player Relations for Boston College football in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, entering her second season with the program and first in that position after serving as an administrative specialist in 2025.
Before joining Boston College, Barden was a full-time student-athlete academic advisor at Bryant, supporting football as well as women's basketball, men's lacrosse, men's and women's cross country and track and field, women's soccer, men's and women's golf, and men's and women's tennis. She earned a bachelor's degree in sports management with a minor in psychology from Springfield College, where she played women's soccer and was a NEWMAC Academic All-Conference selection. She later completed a master's degree in higher education and a graduate certificate in sports administration at Providence College, where she also worked in Student-Athlete Wellness Services and created the "Transition from Sport" program for graduating student-athletes.
