Madison Taylor is an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for the University of Pittsburgh women's basketball program in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and began her first season with Pitt in 2025-26.
Before joining Pitt, Taylor worked at UNCW, where she served as director of operations and later as an assistant coach after arriving in June 2023. Her responsibilities included managing program logistics, coordinating academic and athletic planning for student-athletes, supervising student managers, and overseeing travel, scheduling, special events, social media, and community service. In her first season as an assistant coach in 2024-25, she coached Ali Zelaya, the CAA Defensive Player of the Year and a first-team all-conference selection, along with Evan Miller, who finished her career as the program's all-time leader in games played and later signed professionally in Portugal. She also worked with Kate Hollifield, who led the CAA in 3-point percentage during conference play, and Tia Dobson, who led CAA freshmen in assists.
