Lucas Artigliere
Head Coach
Lucas Artigliere enters his second season in 2025–26 as the head coach of the Drew University women’s golf program, also overseeing the men’s team. In his first year as head coach, he led the women’s squad to a runner-up finish at the Landmark Conference Championships while guiding the team to five tournament victories and a school-record 329.3 scoring average. Under his leadership, Josephine Nguyen captured the individual Landmark Conference title and was named both the Landmark Conference Player of the Year and Rookie of the Year after winning each of her final four events of the season. Artigliere’s impact has been immediate, building on the program’s competitive momentum and strengthening its presence within the conference.
Before taking over as head coach, Artigliere served as an assistant coach for both programs, helping the Rangers to runner-up finishes at the 2024 Landmark Conference Championships and mentoring multiple All-Conference performers. A former Drew standout himself, he was a two-time Landmark Conference individual champion and Player of the Year, and he helped lead the Rangers to their first conference team title and NCAA Division III Championship appearance in 2022. He became the first PING/GCAA All-Region honoree in program history and finished his career with a 77.3 scoring average over 55 rounds. A Madison native, Artigliere graduated from Drew with a degree in business and earned multiple Dean’s List and Academic Honor Roll distinctions.
