Lubos Ancin serves as Associate Head Coach for Rutgers University's Soccer-Women program in Piscataway, New Jersey.
Former Rutgers men's soccer goalkeeper Lubos Ancin returned to Piscataway in 2014 as an assistant coach for the women's soccer program and was elevated to associate head coach for the 2022 season. Entering his 12th season on staff in 2025, Ancin made his mark on the program supervising the Rutgers goalkeeping corps, among other leadership and mentorship duties. Across Ancin's tenure on staff, Rutgers has continued to reach new heights, becoming the 2021 Big Ten Conference Champions.
