Link Jarrett
Head Coach
Lincoln “Link” Jarrett (born January 26, 1972) is an American college baseball coach and former shortstop. He played collegiate baseball at Florida State University from 1991 to 1994, where he was a four-year starter and appeared in three College World Series. During his playing career, he set the NCAA record for assists with 802 and earned All-America honors in 1993 and 1994. After being drafted in the 22nd round by the Colorado Rockies in 1994, Jarrett spent several years in the minor leagues before transitioning into coaching. Jarrett began his coaching career as an assistant at Flagler College in 1999, and over the years held assistant and coordinator roles at several programs (including Florida State, Mercer, East Carolina, Auburn) before becoming a head coach. He served as head coach at UNC Greensboro from 2013–2019 and then at the University of Notre Dame from 2020–2022. In June 2022, he was named the 10th head baseball coach in Florida State history. Under his leadership, Florida State made a return to the College World Series in 2024.
