Lexie Handley serves as Assistant Coach for East Carolina University's Softball program in Greenville, North Carolina.
Lexie Handley enters her third season as an assistant coach for the Pirates' softball program after being named to the position in August 2024. Handley arrives in Greenville after competing in the professional ranks of softball including in the Women’s Professional Fastpitch (WPF) league, Japan Diamond League (JDL) and the Federation of Italian Baseball and Softball (FIBS) league. She currently plays for the Hub City Adelitas in the WPF.
