Lenika Vazquez is the associate head coach for the University of Delaware volleyball program in Newark, Delaware, a position she was announced to fill on May 19, 2025.
Vazquez joined Delaware after five seasons as Northeastern's head coach, where she won 55 matches and guided the program to four CAA Tournament appearances. Her teams produced eight All-Conference selections, including three first-team honorees and five second-team picks, along with four All-Rookie team selections. She also coached Samantha Shupe to CAA Setter of the Year honors in spring 2021. In 2022, Northeastern reached 10 conference wins for the first time since 2017, and the program earned the AVCA Team Academic Award.
