Lauryn Hutchinson is the head coach of the Virginia Commonwealth University women's soccer team in Richmond, Virginia, returning to her alma mater as the seventh head coach in program history and taking on her first Division I head coaching position.
A Virginia native and former VCU player, Hutchinson previously served as head coach of UNKNWN Football Club, a Women's Premier Soccer League team that prepares athletes for professional opportunities through competition and development programming. Her work there also included talent identification and recruiting. She has also been part of the USL PPR Program with the Richmond Kickers of USL League One, contributing to a professional training environment designed to support BIPOC and women coaches pursuing careers in the game.
