Lauren Travaglini serves as an assistant coach for the Ramapo College women’s lacrosse program, supporting the Roadrunners’ development and competitiveness within the NJAC. In her role, Travaglini assists with practice organization, skill development, scouting, recruiting, and game-day preparation. She works closely with the head coach and fellow staff members to help student-athletes grow both technically and strategically while fostering a disciplined and team-oriented culture.
As part of the coaching staff, Travaglini plays an active role in mentoring players on and off the field, emphasizing fundamentals, positional awareness, and lacrosse IQ. She contributes to reinforcing the program’s commitment to academic success and personal development alongside athletic achievement. Through her involvement, Travaglini helps strengthen the foundation of the Ramapo women’s lacrosse program as it continues to build within conference competition.
