Lauren Martin
Assistant Golf Coach
Lauren Martin joined the Queens University of Charlotte golf staff as an assistant coach in August 2025, following several years of competitive play and coaching experience. She comes from Lincoln Memorial University (LMU), where she was coached by Christian Pickerel (now Queens’ Director of Golf), and where she distinguished herself as a student-athlete. Under her leadership as a coach, she is expected to contribute in recruiting, practice planning, player development, and team operations for both the men’s and women’s golf programs.
As a player, Martin was a decorated golfer at LMU. She earned two All-Conference and All-Tournament honors, held the program’s lowest single-season scoring average (74.4), and still owns the record for lowest career scoring average (75.94). Before LMU, she competed at the University of Montevallo in both the men’s and women’s golf programs.
