Penn State softball head coach Clarisa Crowell announced a welcome addition to the Nittany Lion coaching staff on Thursday, September 4, 2025, with the Blue & White welcoming former Big Ten student-athlete and decorated assistant coach Lauren Foster to Happy Valley. Foster enters her second season with PSU in the 2027 campaign. In her first season in Happy Valley, Foster played an integral role in helping guide Penn State to one of the most successful campaigns in recent program history.
