Lauren Coleman is an assistant coach for the George Washington University women's basketball program in Washington, District of Columbia. She joined GW ahead of the 2024-25 season as director of basketball operations and moved into an on-court coaching role in late June before her first year with the program began.
In her first season at George Washington, Coleman was part of a staff that led the Revolutionaries to 18 victories. GW won 13 home games, its highest total since 2014-15, and advanced to the Great Eight of the WNIT with three tournament wins. That postseason run marked the deepest WNIT finish in program history and matched the team's most wins in a postseason tournament since 1996-97.
