LaShonda Cousin serves as Interim Head Coach and Recruiting Coordinator for University of North Carolina at Charlotte's Women's Basketball program in Charlotte, North Carolina.
LaShonda Cousin comes to Charlotte after spending six seasons in the Jackson State women's basketball program with Tomekia Reed. Her last four years as a full-time assistant after serving her first two seasons as a graduate assistant. She was instrumental in the success of the program, playing an integral part in five consecutive Southwestern Athletic Conference regular season titles, three SWAC Tournament Championships, and trips to the NCAA Tournament and WNIT.
