Laney Ross is the Director of Operations for the University of Vermont women's soccer program in Burlington, Vermont, joining the coaching staff in August 2025 after completing her playing career with the Catamounts.
Ross played at Vermont from 2020 to 2024 and was a four-year starter. She was part of the Catamounts' 2021 America East championship team and appeared in 63 matches, making 57 starts. A native of Natick, Massachusetts, Ross also earned recognition for her academic work, including multiple selections to the America East Commissioner's Honor Roll and a place on the America East Academic Honor Roll.
