A former standout for UTSA, White will spend her second season on the staff in 2026-27, receiving a promotion to assistant coach after serving as Director of Operations in 2025-26. As Director of Operations, she helped UTSA reach the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2009, as UTSA earned the No. 6 seed in the American Women's Basketball Championship in 2025-26, ahead of a sensational run that saw the squad won four games in five days to claim a tournament title, and punch UTSA's ticket to the NCAA tournament for the first time since 2009 and the third time in program history.
