Kylie Stark
Assistant Coach
Kylie Stark begins her first season as an Assistant Coach with the University of Mary Washington Eagles for the 2025-26 year. Prior to joining the Eagles, she served as an assistant coach with the Virginia Impact AAU program, focusing on skill development and preparing athletes to advance their game. She also spent time as an assistant coach at Brookville High School (her alma mater), contributing to practice design, in-game adjustments, and player development; during her tenure there, she coached two players who earned all-conference honors.
In addition to her coaching roles, Stark has worked as a personal basketball trainer for the past five years, helping athletes from elementary through collegiate levels to improve their fundamentals, basketball IQ, and overall performance. Academically, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Randolph College, where she was a five-year member and four-year captain of the women’s basketball program from 2020 to 2025. In her fifth year, she earned a Master of Arts in Coaching and Sport Leadership while serving in multiple leadership roles, including SAAC President. Stark arrives at UMW with a blend of player experience, leadership roles, and developmental coaching background. Her focus will likely emphasize guard development, recruiting, and operational support as the Eagles aim to build on past success within the C2C conference and NCAA Division III environment.
