Kyle Schumann joined Drexel University as an assistant women's soccer coach in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in February 2026.
He returned to Philadelphia after serving as an assistant coach at Missouri Western State in 2025, when the Griffons finished 12-2-7 and won the first MIAA title in program history. Before that, he spent six seasons at Jefferson, including three as head women's soccer coach. Across his interim and head coaching tenure, Jefferson went 37-9-6, won a CACC Tournament championship and two CACC regular-season titles, and reached the program's first Sweet 16 in 2024, a season that earned Schumann CACC Coach of the Year honors.
