Kyle Griffin is an assistant coach for the Boston College men's basketball program in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. He joined Earl Grant's staff after the 2025-26 season, following four years at FGCU, including his final three as associate head coach. Before his time at FGCU, Griffin spent four seasons at La Salle and was promoted to associate head coach there in 2020-21 after joining the staff in 2018-19.
At FGCU, Griffin was part of a 2025-26 season that included the program's first ASUN semifinal appearance since 2021 and its first multiple-win ASUN Tournament run since 2018. He also worked closely in the development of Keeshawn Kellman, a first-team All-ASUN selection in 2024-25, as the Eagles won 13 conference games, their highest ASUN total since 2013-14. In 2024, Griffin was chosen for the TopConnect Basketball Symposium in Las Vegas, a program that connects leading assistant coaches with mid-major athletic directors.
