Kyle Bailey serves as Head Coach for University of North Carolina at Charlotte's Men's Tennis program in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The 2026-27 season will be Kyle Bailey's eighth season as the Charlotte Men's Tennis coach. Bailey arrived to the Queen CIty after spending three seasons as the Associate Head Coach at the University of South Carolina, where he was named the 2018 ITA Regional Assistant Coach of the Year. In 2025-26, Charlotte welcomed an influx of talent under Bailey's watch, utilizing a young team, mixed with decorated upperclassmen Vasco Prata and Ivan Dreycopp, to compile a 15-8 record, earning the second seed in the American Conference Tournament.
