KJ Parmer begins his first season in 2026 as the wide receivers coach and pass game coordinator for the University of New Hampshire football program in Durham, New Hampshire.
Parmer arrived at UNH after two seasons at Tennessee, where he worked with the wide receivers from 2024 to 2025. In 2024, Tennessee's Dont'e Thornton led the FBS with 25.4 yards per reception and later was chosen in the fourth round of the NFL Draft by the Las Vegas Raiders. The following season, Tennessee produced one of the SEC's top receiving groups, with Chris Brazzell II, Braylon Staley, and Mike Matthews each surpassing 800 receiving yards. Brazzell earned first-team All-SEC and third-team All-America recognition and was a Biletnikoff Award semifinalist, while Staley was named SEC Freshman of the Year by both the coaches and the Associated Press.
