Kirby Droogan is an assistant coach for the University of Delaware rowing program in Newark, Delaware, and enters her third season on the staff in 2025-26 as the Blue Hens begin their first season in the Mid-American Conference.
Droogan joined Delaware on August 28, 2023, after a competitive and coaching background at Drexel. In her first season with the Blue Hens, Delaware earned two CAA Boat of the Week honors, produced two All-Conference selections, and set a program record with 13 CRCA Scholar-Athlete honorees. In her second season, Delaware placed third at the CAA Championships, posted a program-record four all-conference selections, and won the Ford Lake Cup hosted by Eastern Michigan.
