Kimberly Lambert is the head volleyball coach at the University of Delaware in Newark, Delaware, a position she has held since February 21, 2022, after previously serving on the Blue Hens staff as associate head coach.
Lambert completed her eighth season with Delaware in fall 2024 and her third as head coach, following three seasons as associate head coach after her promotion in July 2019. Delaware entered Conference USA in 2025, and in its first season in the league the Blue Hens earned their first conference victory on the road at Louisiana Tech before winning a second straight match against the Bulldogs. Asia Murray led Conference USA in blocks per set and ranked 39th nationally at 1.30, while Taylor Holly, Cadence Nguyen, Dylan Norris, and Sila Ozyurek received CSC Academic All-District recognition.
