Kiley Allen serves as Assistant Coach for Harvard University's Field Hockey program in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Allen joined the Harvard field hockey coaching staff in July of 2024 as a new assistant coach. A native of Berwyn, Pennsylvania, Allen was a staple of the Crimson field hockey program as a student-athlete from 2018-22. Allen's second season as an assistant coach with the Crimson was a landmark season, as Harvard headed back to the NCAA Tournament Semifinals for the first time since 2021, setting a new school record for wins in a single season (19) and winning the program's eighth Ivy League regular season title in the process.
