Kiah Gillespie serves as Assistant Coach for Stony Brook University's Women's Basketball program in Stony Brook, New York.
Head coach Joy McCorvey announced the addition of Kiah Gillespie to the Stony Brook women's basketball staff on May 9, 2024. Gillespie enters her third season as an assistant coach with the Seawolves in 2026-27. Gillespie works with the forwards and many of them had big improvements in Gillespie’s second season.
