Kevin Norris is an assistant coach for the Villanova University men's basketball program in Villanova, Pennsylvania. He joined Villanova in 2025 alongside head coach Kevin Willard and was part of a staff that led the Wildcats to a 24-9 record in 2025-26 and the program's first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2021-22.
Before arriving at Villanova, Norris served as an assistant coach at the University of Maryland in 2024-25 after an eight-year run at UCF from 2016 to 2024. At UCF, he helped the Knights compile a 148-103 record and reach the NCAA Tournament as an at-large selection in 2019, the first at-large berth in program history. UCF also made three NIT appearances during his tenure, including a semifinal run in 2016-17. The Knights posted 24-win seasons in 2016-17 and 2018-19, and in their first Big 12 season they earned ranked wins over Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas Tech.
