Kevin Cobb is the associate head coach for Northeastern baseball in Boston, Massachusetts, and completed his second season in that position in 2025 after finishing his 13th year as the program's assistant coach and pitching coach. He oversees Northeastern's day-to-day baseball operations and recruiting, and he has been on the staff since before the 2012 season.
Since Cobb took over the pitching staff, Northeastern has consistently ranked among the Colonial Athletic Association's top teams on the mound. The Huskies led the conference in ERA in 2013, 2016, 2022, 2023, and 2025, and the staff also placed among the top 100 Division I teams in ERA in multiple seasons. Northeastern reached the NCAA's top 10 nationally in ERA in four of five seasons from 2021 through 2025, and in 2025 the Huskies led the country with a 3.06 ERA.
