Kevin Carroll serves as Associate Head Coach for University of Oklahoma's Volleyball program in Norman, Oklahoma. Carroll, who won two national championships as a player and one as an assistant coach, joined the OU coaching staff ahead of the 2026 season with more than a decade of coaching experience under his belt. Carroll spent last season as associate head coach and recruiting coordinator at Colorado State, where he helped lead the Rams to a 21-9 record.
Colorado State ranked among the top 15 teams nationally in total blocks (318.5) and blocks per set (2.8; 14th), ranked 29th nationally in hitting percentage (.263) and led the Mountain West Conference in opponent hitting percentage (.185). Prior to his time at CSU, Carroll spent eight seasons at Cincinnati from 2017-25, serving as an assistant coach before being elevated to associate head coach and recruiting coordinator in 2023. He played a major role in the signing of consecutive top 40 recruiting classes (2023 and '24). The 2024 class ranked fourth in the Big 12 Conference and 37th in the nation, according to Prep Dig.
