Kelsey Hauser is the associate head coach for women's soccer at Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York. After completing her seventh season with the program in 2025, she was promoted to associate head coach in February 2026. Hauser joined Hofstra in 2019 after serving as head coach at Clarkson University from 2015 to 2018.
Since arriving at Hofstra, Hauser has been part of a successful run for the Pride. In her first season, Hofstra won its third straight Colonial Athletic Association tournament title, went unbeaten in regular-season conference play at 7-0-2, and advanced to the NCAA Tournament second round. Working closely with the goalkeepers, she helped oversee a group that posted five shutouts in 2019, and freshman Skylar Kuzmich earned CAA All-Rookie Team recognition.
