Kelsea Donnelly is the associate head coach for Villanova's women's lacrosse program in Villanova, Pennsylvania. She joined the Wildcats' staff in August 2021 and was promoted to associate head coach in September 2025.
Before arriving at Villanova, Donnelly spent six seasons on Jill Batcheller's staffs at Drexel and Bryant. At Drexel, she worked with starting goalkeeper Zoe Bennett, who earned CAA Goalie of the Year honors and first-team IWLCA All-Region recognition in 2021. At Bryant, the teams she coached posted consecutive seasons allowing fewer than 10 goals per game.
