Kelly Lawrence is the head coach of the University of Delaware women's soccer program in Newark, Delaware. Delaware announced her hiring on November 14, 2022, and she is in her fourth year leading the Blue Hens.
Lawrence arrived at Delaware after spending the 2022 season at Penn State, where she was part of a staff that won the Big Ten Tournament championship and advanced to the NCAA Sweet Sixteen. Before that, she served as associate head coach at Boston University from 2019 to 2022 and helped the Terriers win the 2021 Patriot League Spring North Division title and the 2021 Patriot League regular-season championship.
