Keith Buckley
Head Coach
Dr. Keith Buckley has served as the Head Coach of Men’s Soccer at Rollins College since the 1991–92 season, making him the longest-tenured and winningest coach in school history. Across more than three decades on the sideline, Buckley has compiled a remarkable record that includes multiple Sunshine State Conference regular-season and tournament championships, numerous NCAA Tournament appearances, and national runner-up finishes, most recently in 2010 and 2025. Under his leadership, the Tars have consistently been competitive in the Sunshine State Conference, earning Buckley multiple Coach of the Year honors at both the conference and regional levels. He has also mentored a legion of All-America selections and conference Players of the Year, helping establish Rollins as one of Division II’s premier soccer programs.
A standout player for the Tars from 1984-88, Buckley returned to his alma mater as an assistant coach in 1990 before being named head coach. His personal achievements as a player include All-Conference, All-Region, and All-State honors, and he was inducted into the Rollins Sports Hall of Fame in 2008. Beyond coaching, Buckley has contributed to the college as Director of Physical Education and Assistant Director of Athletics for Academic Leadership. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Rollins College, an MBA from the Rollins Crummer Graduate School of Business, and a Doctorate in Education from the University of Central Florida. His professional background also includes playing in the American Soccer League and serving as competition director for FIFA World Cup and Olympic soccer events held in Orlando.
