Kaytianna Kell is an assistant coach for the Oregon State gymnastics program, entering her fourth season on staff in 2026. A former standout gymnast for the Beavers, Kell has quickly established herself as a rising coach, particularly through her work with the floor exercise lineup. In 2025, her group ranked among the top teams nationally, reaching as high as No. 7 and consistently posting some of the program’s highest event scores. Her coaching contributed to multiple standout performances, including several 49.600-plus team scores, helping Oregon State remain competitive at the national level. Her efforts were recognized with WCGA West Region Co-Assistant Coach of the Year honors, highlighting her impact on the program’s continued success.
Before stepping into a full-time assistant role, Kell served as Oregon State’s Director of Player Development and previously gained coaching experience at UC Davis and Seattle Pacific, where she earned NCAA Division II Assistant Coach of the Year recognition. As a student-athlete at Oregon State, she was one of the program’s most accomplished gymnasts, earning Pac-12 Gymnast of the Year honors in 2017 along with multiple All-Pac-12 and All-America accolades. Known for her consistency and competitive excellence, she capped her collegiate career with numerous event titles and elite-level performances. Kell’s combination of firsthand experience, technical knowledge, and player development skills makes her a key contributor to Oregon State’s gymnastics program.
