Kaylyn Millick is an assistant coach for the West Virginia University gymnastics program in Morgantown, West Virginia, where she returned to the Mountaineer staff in 2025 for her eighth season overall after earlier tenures from 2015-17 and 2019-20.
Millick coaches floor exercise and also works across the other three events. Her responsibilities include coordinating the team's community service efforts and assisting with social media and creative-content planning. In 2026, she was part of a staff that saw Amber Lowe, Sophia Rice and Emerson Smith advance to the NCAA Regional Championships as individual event specialists. That same season, freshman Kayla Smith earned All-Big 12 all-around and freshman team honors after becoming the first WVU freshman since 2008, and only the third in program history, to top 500 points in a season.
