Kayley Sullivan is an assistant coach for the George Washington women's soccer program in Washington, D.C., and entered her second season on the staff after joining her alma mater before the 2024 season. In her first year, she worked with head coach Jeremy Williams as George Washington finished 4-11-3.
A former George Washington player, Sullivan competed for the program from 2009 through 2012. She graduated with a degree in psychology, concentrating in cognitive neuroscience, with a minor in mind-brain studies. She served as team captain as a senior and was named the school's Women's Scholar-Athlete of the Year for 2012-13.
