Katrina Geiger is an associate women's lacrosse coach at Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she joined the staff on July 27, 2022.
Geiger came to Drexel after serving as an assistant coach and defensive coordinator at Penn State. Before that, she spent two seasons at Georgetown as the program's primary defensive coach, working with teams that produced nine All-Big East selections, three IWLCA All-South Region honorees, and one All-American. She also coached for one season at Elon, where her responsibilities included the offense and goalkeepers.
