Katie O'Donnell is the Mary Semanik Head Women's Lacrosse Coach at Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and is entering her fifth season leading the program after serving as interim head coach in 2022 and 2023.
O'Donnell has directed Drexel to three NCAA Tournament appearances in four seasons at the helm and was part of the stretch in which the Dragons became the first team in program history to earn four consecutive NCAA Tournament bids. Drexel won the first CAA championship in program history in 2022, and the program has reached the conference title game three times under her leadership. During her time as head coach, Drexel players have earned All-America recognition, CAA major awards, and numerous All-CAA selections.
