Katie Bason is the Director of Player Personnel for Wake Forest football in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and entered her third season on the staff in 2025. She previously served one year as director of recruiting operations and roster management in 2024 after working as the program's director of football recruiting operations in 2023.
Bason returned to Wake Forest after the 2022 season at FIU, where she was Assistant AD and chief of staff for football. There, she oversaw daily operations and logistics, worked with the compliance office, managed Teamworks and CARA calendars, and served as a contact for player families.
