Katherine Vettori is the head coach of the Towson University women's soccer team in Towson, Maryland, and entered her eighth season leading the program in 2024 as the sixth head coach in its history.
Under Vettori, Towson reached a high point in 2023, when the Tigers won both the CAA regular-season and tournament championships for the first time and made the first NCAA Tournament appearance in program history. That team finished 15-3-2 overall and 9-1-2 in conference play, setting a program record with 15 victories. Vettori was recognized as both the CAA Coach of the Year and ECAC Coach of the Year, and Towson also claimed four of the league's six major individual awards. In 2024, the Tigers followed with a 6-4-9 record and a 4-2-4 mark in CAA play, going unbeaten in 15 of 19 matches and closing the year with four straight shutout results. Four players earned All-CAA honors.
