Kate Goldstein is an assistant women's lacrosse coach at Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, joining the program ahead of the 2026 season. Before arriving at Drexel, she spent three seasons at Penn as the goalkeeper coach and assistant defensive coordinator, helping the Quakers win the program's fourth Ivy League championship and reach the NCAA Tournament in 2023. She previously worked at Villanova from 2018 to 2021 as defensive coordinator and goalkeeping coach, and began her collegiate coaching career as a graduate assistant at Georgetown.
Goldstein also serves as director of Nations Best Lacrosse, where she works with the National Team Program for female high-performance athletes, and as tournament director at Robinson Sports, Inc. She is the head coach of the Israeli Women's National Lacrosse Team in both sixes and full-field formats, and as Israel's defensive coordinator in 2017 helped the team place sixth at the Lacrosse World Cup.
