Karim Diallo serves as Assistant Coach/Recruiting Coordinator for Stony Brook University's Women's Soccer program in Stony Brook, New York.
Diallo joined the Seawolves after spending the previous five seasons (2015-20) with New York Institute of Technology. Diallo served as the assistant coach from 2015-18, before being promoted to the head coach in 2018 and reached the conference finals in 2019. Following another successful season in 2025 in which the Seawolves returned to the CAA Championship Game, Diallo assumed the role of Recruiting Coordinator, in addition to his Assistant Coach duties.
