Kara Cook serves as Chief of Staff for Pennsylvania State University's Women's Soccer program in University Park, Pennsylvania.
Kara Cook enters her 13th season with the Penn State women’s soccer program in 2025 and enters her second season as the program’s Chief of Staff and Performance Leadership this year. Cook previously served nine seasons as Penn State’s Director of Operations and Performance Leadership, working as PSU’s Director of Operations for her first three years in Happy Valley. Cook has been in a coaching or mentoring role in collegiate athletics for over two decades, and her primary role with the women’s soccer team at Penn State includes directing the team culture, leadership and player development programming.
