Kaity Healy has served as an assistant coach for St. John's women's basketball in Queens, New York, since July 2024.
Before joining St. John's, Healy spent two seasons as an assistant coach at American University. Her responsibilities included recruiting, working with perimeter players, and overseeing academic and compliance coordination for the program. In 2023-24, American placed 10 players on the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
