Kaitlyn Cresencia serves as Associate Head Coach for Lehigh University's Women's Basketball program in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
Kait Cresencia is entering her fifth season with the Lehigh women’s basketball program in 2026-27 and her third as associate head coach, a title she earned in September 2024 following two standout seasons with the Mountain Hawks. Cresencia’s leadership helped guide Lehigh to a 17-15 overall record and an 11-7 mark in Patriot League play in 2025-26, earning a berth in the WNIT for the second time in program history. Known for her sharp basketball IQ, relentless work ethic, and commitment to developing high-character student-athletes, Cresencia continues to shape a culture of excellence at Lehigh, on and off the court.
