Justin Mullgrav is an assistant football coach at Fordham University in Bronx, New York, where he was hired in March 2026 and is set to coach the linebackers. He arrived at Fordham after the 2025 season at Weber State, where he worked with the Wildcats' linebackers and coached Mayson Hitchens to All-Big Sky recognition.
Before Weber State, Mullgrav spent two seasons as a defensive analyst at the University of Utah and had earlier served there as a graduate assistant in 2019 and 2020. He also coached linebackers at Eastern Washington in 2021 and 2022, where multiple players earned All-Big Sky honors, and previously held assistant coaching positions at Fort Scott Community College in Kansas and ASA College in Miami.
